Applying for Tax Exempt Status

All orders being shipped to Georgia are subject to sales tax. If you are a Reseller or Non-Profit organization and are tax exempt certified, you are eligible to have your PGprint.com account flagged as tax exempt. Ensure your PGprint.com account is tax exempt before completing your next order as any order that indicates tax being charged during checkout is non-refundable. Follow these steps to apply for tax exempt status:

Step One

Create an account on the PGprint.com website if you have not already done so by clicking on the My Account link and filling in the required fields for New Users.

Step Two

Download and complete/gather the pertinent information.

Here is a list of the forms you will need:

For Georgia Tax Exempt Resell customers: Send your tax exempt certificate along with a completed ST-5-GA-Reseller form.

For Georgia Tax Exempt Non-profit customers: Fax a copy of your Letter of Authorization to 770-425-0201

Step Three

Email completed forms to accounting@pgprint.com with the subject line Tax Exempt Status Request or fax the forms to 770-425-0201.

If you fax the forms, send an email to accounting@pgprint.com to confirm receipt of your tax exempt status request.

Please be sure to include your account email address and ensure that the company name on your account exactly matches the company name that is listed on your tax exempt certificate.

Within six (6) business hours of receiving your completed forms your account will be flagged as tax exempt and you will receive an email confirmation confirming your tax exempt status. Please ensure that the paperwork you provide is complete. Otherwise there may be a delay in setting up your account as tax exempt.
